The swimming tail creates a natural lifelike action in the water while the built in sonic rattle acts like a dinner bell drawing fish in from distance. Match the profile to the baitfish in your area and you put a realistic target right in the strike zone.

How to fish glide baits

Glowbite glide baits are versatile. Here are the two main techniques:

1. Cast and retrieve: Cast the lure out and retrieve with short sweeping rod motions. This activates the swimming tail and sets the rattle going, mimicking a fleeing baitfish near the surface.
   
   
2. Trolling: Troll over areas where baitfish naturally hang out. Keep your speed between 2 and 3 knots and try holding the rod and adding short sweeping motions as you go. Be ready as strikes can be explosive right at the top of the water column.
